General Information:
Anyone can watch the live webcast with a Windows or MAC. No additional software is required to be downloaded. The computer should have the latest version of adobe flash player installed. To verify your version of the flash player, go to http://www.adobe.com The webcast can be viewed in any web browser such as chrome, firefox, opera, safari or explorer. The minimum bandwidth requirement is dsl or cable modem. Do not purchase the webcast is you have a dial up connection. You may leave the live broadcast and return to the viewing web page as often as necessary by re-entering your user name and password. Read all instructions carefully prior to ordering. Do not wait till last minute to order. It is best to order at least 30 minutes prior to the event. If there are questions prior to ordering, submit to support@boggsmultimedia.com

Order Webcast Now:
The Platinum National Dance Competition is offered as a pay per view webcast. To order webcast(s), go to http://danceplatinum.onbmm.com/orderwebcastnow Webcasts must be purchased separately. A discount applies by ordering the complete package as a single purchase. Orders must be paid by charge card. Order may also be placed while watching a current webcast by clicking the "buy now" button on the webcast page. A new window will open allowing purchases of additional events. When the transaction is complete, you may return to the webcast.

Pay Pal:
The credit card processing merchant is Pay Pal, a safe, secure method for purchasing a webcast. You do not need a Pay Pal account to make a purchase. When the "buy now" button is clicked, you will be directed to a Pay Pal secure server. If you have a Pay Pal account and wish to pay, enter your log in credentials. Otherwise, click the Continue button to enter your charge card onfo directly onto Pay Pal's secure server. Boggs MultiMedia does not have access to your credit card information. If your purchase is declined, you must contact your bank directly. When the purchase has been completed, you will be directed to a webpage containing your eticket for the event.

eticket:
The eticket web page contains your private User Name, Password and the link to enter the live webcast page. The eticket is valid only for the day and event that was purchased. The eticket purchase of "all events" is valid for all broadcasts and will not expire. Bookmark the webpage of your eticket in case you need to return to the login page. Click the Enter Webcast link. A new window will will open. Enter your User Name and Password to be automatically directed to the live webcast page.

User Name and Password:
The text is case sensitive. Do not share your password. If two users are logged in with the same User Name, you will be automatically disconnected from the webcast.

View Live Webcast:
To start watching the live webcast, click the play button in the player. To view the broadcast full screen, click the view full screen icon in the lower right hand corner of the player. You may leave the broadcast page and return at at time by either referring to your bookmark of the eticket page or the bookmark of the live webcast page. Re-enter your User Name and Password to continue watching the event.

Q: During the webcast the player pauses and buffers for a second. Is this normal?
A: Yes. Due to variations of the internet spped during upload transmission and download viewing, some buffering may occur. If the webcast buffers excessively check your bandwidth download speed at http://speakeasy.net/speedtest The minimum download is 2 MBs.

Q: The quality of the webcast is not as good as watching a DVD. Is this normal?
A: Yes, the webcast is being streamed via the internet. The quality is not comparable to watching a DVD.

Q: Can I watch the webcast on a dial up connection?
